DeltaOne Software does not collect any personal information through the RFID SGTIN app, nor do we collect location data.

HARDWARE SERIAL NUMBERS
The serial number only of your RFID scanning hardware is hashed and collected solely for the purpose of counting distinct devices connected to the app for licensing and subscription purposes. That hash value cannot be reversed by DeltaOne Software or anyone else.

LOCATION INFORMATION
Our apps may request access to device location permissions, including background location access. This access is required by the Android operating system to enable Bluetooth functionality.
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any location data. Location access is used solely to allow Bluetooth features to function properly and is not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

ONLINE CONTACT FORMS
If you choose to contact DeltaOne Software by filling an online contact form through the app, we will use the information you provide to contact you back. Use of a contact form is optional. Any personal information you voluntarily provide through a contact form may be stored in our customer contact database. We will never sell your contact information to anyone.
We may employ third party companies and individuals for contacting customers in our database. When this occurs, limited contact information will be temporarily shared with that third party.
